Here's why you may want to work with me: You see, possibly just like you, I experienced peri-menopause symptoms that interfered with me being my healthy best self. I was a busy, traveling, professional woman with a high-stress level job, building a career and nurturing a new personal relationship. I needed to get a handle on what was happening with my body. That started my quest to find  a solution to help ease my peri-menopause and menopause challenges. But as I mentioned, I did not readily  find solutions in the traditional medical system.
